Ever since his prime youth, Daniel Delongchamps has been interested in everything relating to construction. In 1983, at the age of 20, Daniel starts his career as a worker in a solarium company, developing his skills and knowledge in glasswork.

In 1987, he is acknowledged as master glazier. In time, Daniel Delongchamps builds experience and develops a passion for the field for the solarium. Naturally, he makes his choice of a career in this industry. Confident in his competence and his strengths as a builder and entrepreneur, he creates the Solarium Servitech company as a partnering venture. In parallel and still as a partner, he creates additional companies in the construction industry.

At the beginning, Solarium Servitech specializes in the repair and the installation of solariums. Then in 1989, the company adds a new specialization: the distribution of solariums. In 1992, Solarium Servitech takes advantage of its growth and success and buys its supplier in order to concentrate its activities in the manufacturing of solariums. In 1996, Daniel goes on his own as an entrepreneur and becomes the unique owner of the company dedicated to the manufacturing of solariums.

During 2003, Daniel Delongchamps becomes the distributor in specific regions of the province of Quebec for Thermo HM Inc., a company specializing in high energetic performance thermal glass. And very soon, Solarium Servitech is recognized as a leader in the manufacturing of state-of-the-art solariums. In 2005, the company adds a new manufacturing plant and a new aluminum solarium showroom and, also launches a new product: the wooden solarium. In 2008-2009, always in expansion, Solarium Servitech builds a second manufacturing plant focused on the fabrication of wooden solariums.

In 1981, Gilbert Boucher started his career in the solarium industry as a representative. A trained glazier since 1976, and, for many years, an active worker in the house building industry, Gilbert acquired an excellent reputation for his expertise in the field and particularly for his recognized skills in giving worthy advice to clients on their solarium projects. With the years, Gilbert Boucher has maintained his passion for research and development and he is constantly on the lookout for any product that can raise the performance level and add to the quality of the solariums built by Solarium Servitech, always keeping in mind the greatest satisfaction of the clientele.
